  Very frustrating experiences.
  I constant have order issues at this location, I constantly see/hear other customers around me handing back their order to have it corrected.
  Went with my wife one time. Ordered a combo - all combos are advertised with a sandwich, a hash brown and a coffee. Ordered a combo, got the sandwich and the coffee, but no hash brown. Waited for a few minutes until we got someone's attention. They asked what we were missing, we said the had hash brown. She looked at the order and don't responded, "I didn't charge you for a hash brown."
  That simply ended the encounter. There was no follow up, there was no "would you like to order one?"
  I have no issue paying for what I order, I'm not one to merely take advantage of a restaurant to get free extras. I feel like this is what was assumed.

  I only go here because it is on my way to work. This establishment needs to work on its employees, i nornally go anywheres between 10 PM and 5 AM everytime i have went my order was wrong, from forgotten items to just making the wrong sandwhich, but thats not why this place is bad, the employees you have at night are extremely creepy on their own. They will make you uncomfortable, they ask inapropriate things like if youre married where are you going what are you doing tonight, if they would leave it at that itd be ok. But they proceed to ask if they could follow us, this is highly inappropriate especially when you can clearly see the person is creeped out
