  Food was served quickly. They took in our food voucher from the airline which was great. The breakfast was filling for sure!

  Six months ago (late 2015) my wife, son, and I stopped in and had a most wonderful experience, delicious breakfast, and great service.
  Today however (March 2, 2016) we had a one star visit. The early shift waitress was rude from the start (about my son, no less, which really bothered me) and when it was mentioned that we MIGHT only have coffee she slipped us the bill along with our first cup of coffee, not even giving us the opportunity to order anything else. We were ignored for the remainder of our stay.
  Coffee was subpar at best.
  
  It is advised to go to Harvey's just 30m to the left, or Tim Hortons downstairs. Better yet go through security and go to chili's.

  Went in with vouchers cause parents plan was cancelled. If it was not for the $30 off this meal would have been a tragic waste of time and energy. With the $30 it was just a tragic waste of time. $17.99 for fish and chips that was three boxed frozen fish over cooked with a small handful of waffle fries. $16.99 for over cooked roast beef sliced improperly so bad that any person who works in a kitchen would feel ashamed at destroying a piece of meat that a living creature gave up their life to contribute to the meal on a stale bun with a dipping sauce that was more like a watery BBQ sauce than a beef au jus. $16.99 for a small slice of salmon on a stale bun with over limp lettuce drowned in dressing. Ended up paying $28.23 for this mess after the $30 discount from the vouchers. If we had paid full price we definitely would have sent it all back, demanded a refund and spent that money at the tim hortons downstairs or at any other place in edmonton. In response to the "how is everything?" our answer was "dreadful. This is the worst food we have ever eaten" got the response of "I am sorry you feel that way" from the waitress and then afterwards as we were leaving my parents mentioned to the waitress to possibly change the brand of frozen boxed fish they use and the only response was "it is airport food, what do you expect?" Even airport food in any other city in the world we have gone to has had some semblance of quality and standards. This place has discovered rock bottom of standards for food and service and has started to dig deeper. Starve before you waste money at this place.

  While waiting to leave to fly back to Ont! we had our last breakfast with our son, who lives now in AB! Great young lady, Marcia was our excellent server! the food was great, the service superb! Thank-you when travelling that is so appreciated! July 11/15
